An Individual Health Coaching Session includes:

A copy of my Resource Guide, information related to your specific needs, a magazine dedicated to food allergies, email support for 30 days to answer any additional questions, and a sample meal plan**

• Telephone and email health coaching may be arranged for those who live outside of the Portland Metro area.

• Education and resources for the Autism/Aspberger's community, and other neurological conditions, in which a gluten and dairy free diet is often very helpful

FEES for Health Coaching:

*$75 for initial consult, which may last up to 1 hr. 30 min.  
*$50  for additional 60-minute follow-up consultations (if needed);

**personalized seven-day meal planning is billed at $30/hr., for a minimum of 2 hours.

• Gluten-free and dairy-free cooking and baking instruction, in group classes offered locally in Portland, Oregon, or in your home (includes guidance in setting up a gluten-free kitchen) - See "Classes & Events" for schedule and fees.

• Public Speaking:  30-minute talks on gluten-related health issues, followed by a question and answer period, up to an additional 30 minutes.  I also enjoy being part of a panel or forum on health issues.

Fees for Public Speaking:  $60 for one hour event. *Travel outside the Portland/Vancouver metro area is billed at $  .48/mile.

I will arrange to meet you in the location of your choice.  What often works best is to meet in the cafe of your preferred natural foods store (favorite locations include New Seasons (19th & Division, Mountain Park, Raleigh Hills, or 33rd & Killingsworth.)  This is a convenient way to show you first-hand which products are good options, and also to point out hidden sources of gluten and dairy ingredients.    I can also come to your home to help you set up a gluten-free kitchen or to provide gluten-free cooking instruction, or private health coaching.
