Knowledge comes from many sources.  My challenging career in hospital and home-care nursing, my background as a professional cook and pastry chef, and the experience of taking charge of my own health through a sound nutritional approach all contribute to my ability to give people the guidance and support they need-and that busy doctors often don't have time for.

I have been helping people regain their health through diet and lifestyle changes for many years, as a nurse, and as an active and concerned member of the gluten-free community.  Seeing people regain their health first-hand is extremely rewarding.  Our bodies are remarkable and the power of healing is limitless.
