An individual health coaching session provides the help you need to go gluten-free, or to tackle special challenges.

It includes detailed information related to your specific educational needs, follow-up email support, help with basic meal planning, and a copy of my Gluten-Free PORTLAND Resource Guide.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive current and accurate information.

• Telephone and email health coaching may be arranged for those who live outside of the Portland Metro area.

• Education and resources for the MS, Autism/Aspberger's community, and others with neurological conditions, in which a gluten- and dairy- free diet is often very helpful

• FEES for Health Coaching:

*$75 for initial consult, which may last up to 1 hr. 30 min.  
*$50  for additional 60-minute follow-up consultations (if needed);

**personalized seven-day meal planning is billed at $30/hr., for a minimum of 2 hours.
